$450,000 – $500,000
Bellweather was a wonderful to work with from beginning to end. We were intimidated by the remodeling process but they made everything understandable, approachable, were willing and excited to work through our dreams and visions, and given the many wrenches and hurdles thrown our way (especially with the pandemic), the whole process felt smooth. After we moved in they have continued to communicate with us to make sure things were going well and quickly addressed any issues that arose.

I spent over 6 months trying to find both individuals and contractors who would be willing to take on my house project. No one was able (or willing) to help me. They either lacked the necessary expertise, were out of my budget, didn't want to come downtown, or couldn't manage some aspect of the job. I was so relieved to finally talk to Will at BW and find a firm who not only had the experience required to work on historic homes, but could also be trusted to overhaul my kitchen at the same time. Though they did not come cheap, they are FAST and even during COVID, they have stuck to their time table. The construction site iss immaculate and I know I can trust both them and every expert partner they work with. I know that in the end, my house will be gorgeous.

We’re so pleased that Bellweather is handling our whole house renovation, and appreciate their thoughtful, hands-on approach. Stephanie’s eye for design is spot on, and she brings a terrific balance of beauty and utility to the project. Our fabulous project manager Geoff has a gift for thinking on his feet, identifying potential issues, and walking us through real-time solutions. Together they’ve elevated our initial vision, and are so pleased with the final result. I'm glad we chose them, and they chose us. People who we don't know stop us to say, "Your house is gorgeous!" That means so much to us. people. It makes us proud and happy. Thanks Bellweather!

$200,000 - $250,000
They're a full service design-build with absolutely great folks to work with. We had 3.5 bathrooms redone and from selections through the actual construction phases the attention to detail was spot on. Both our Design coordinator (Stephanie) and general construction manager (Seth) were exceptional. Very detail oriented and accommodating.

$300,000 – $350,000
Bellweather Design-Build is spectacular. This is our second project with them (at a new house) and we couldn't be more excited. Communicative, efficient, professional, creative and intuitive. I trust everyone on the design team implicitly. Stephanie really understands what I am looking for and goes above and beyond to ensure that all my choices work together and fit within the overall budget. Her attention to detail and creativity, and her ability to see what I want (before I even know what that means!) is uncanny. Can not recommend her and the whole team more highly.

We used Bellweather in the past for another project and were very impressed with the quality of their work. They were not just interested in getting the work complete and getting their money, they took such pride in making sure everything got done correctly. Since then, we have lived in 4 houses in the past 5 years (long story) seeing varying levels of workmanship by previous contractors. Some were beautiful and had top of the line finishes, but the work underneath was shoddy and required frequent fixing. Needless to say those houses had work done by companies other than Bellweather. We knew that if and when we renovated again, we wanted to use Bellweather to ensure that our house not only looked beautiful but had quality work that would stand the test of time.

$200,000 – $250,000
Our third major project carried out by Bellweather involved the removal and moving of walls to open out the ground and add square footage to the ground floor, the design and installation of a new kitchen, and renovations to what had been the dining room. The project included significant electrical and plumbing work, design work by an architect and coordination with the City to obtain permits and get the work approved. It turned out as well as we could have ever hoped.

Bellweather did a complete renovation of our house (it came down to the studs), and we are thrilled with the work they did. Will, the lead contractor/owner and Joey, the site manager for the project were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, there were no surprises in the budget, and they gave good advice while also clearly respecting our desires and opinions. It was really high quality work. Peter, the lead carpenter, is truly a master, and Wayne, the jack-of-all trades, did a great job with a huge array of miscellaneous tasks. All in all, our house is *gorgeous*, they did great work, and they were delightful people to work with (Will even came to our wedding last August!).

$200,000 – $250,000
I have used this company over the years for many projects in my 115 year old Center City row house with great satisfaction, including: new kitchen; dining room, office, first floor and bedroom renovations; and brownstone facade & front stoop restoration, major brickwork repointing, roof and fire escape repair, and more. This is a boutique, professional business, aimed at understanding and meeting the customer’s goals in cost-effective ways. They have on staff or via respected subcontractors (including master craftsmen) the knowledge and skills necessary for creatively managing/completing a range of projects. They are especially respectful of preserving detail in older buildings. I recommend them highly.

$250,000 – $300,000
Bellweather performed a complete renovation of our kitchen and master bathroom. We were thrilled with the result and constantly get compliments from friends & family about how much they love the redesigned space. The whole team was extremely dedicated to superior craftsmanship. As first-time home renovators, we found Bellweather's design-build approach to be extremely helpful to navigate each stage of the process. Their communication was excellent, even when the inevitable renovation hiccups occurred. We would definitely recommend Bellweather!

$100,000 – $250,000
Bellweather has completed two projects on our late 1800’s Victorian house, an energy efficiency upgrade and a rebuild of our front porch. They are familiar with all the quirks of our old house and do excellent, thorough work. Not only that, they are pleasant to be around, which is important when workers are in and out of your house many times over the course of a project. I trust them to do superior work at a fair price, and I would be happy recommending them to anyone!

My husband and I hired Bellweather to renovate our newly purchased house, included installing all new windows, a new furnace, a gut renovation of the kitchen and two bathrooms, as well adding a new full bathroom and new half bath. From the start of the project, they worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with all the details and the budget. As first time home owners (with a new baby on the way!) we were nervous about many details and Will was always available to talk – he responded to all emails and phone calls within hours and was always available for walk-throughs that met our schedule. We moved in a month before the project was finished and Ed and the team made every effort to work around our needs and space. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work, and would hire Bellwether again without hesitation for a future major renovation.
