Melissa Sakers

Melissa’s construction background comes from 10 years of supporting custom fabrication shops throughout Delaware County. Her experiences range from managing projects, to overseeing day-to-day operations, and most everything in between. In recent years, she’s completed her Masters in Arts Administration and is working to expand her knowledge of small business development. As the Office Administrator for Bellweather Design, she helps ensure our organizational tools and processes remain in place and that our team is always set up for success. Melissa spends her free time with her family – gardening, birdwatching or going on “mini adventures” to a local park or hiking trail.
