Chris Heller

Chris graduated from Penn State University with a B.A degree in Art and Architectural History. Chris started his career in industrial construction. While it was a great learning experience, he was really looking for a more intimate scale and shorter timelines in architectural projects, so he transitioned into residential construction. After more than 20 years as a project developer, Chris still enjoys the size and scale of residential architectural remodeling and the challenges that projects present. As Bellweather's Project Developer, Chris participates in all phases of project development with a focus on project scope writing and estimating. Chris works closely with our sales and pre construction team, assisting them with pricing and contracts. In his free time, Chris enjoys traveling, reading, going to car shows and trying to find the best Tacos al Pastor.
