Spruce Hill Basement with Endless Pool

Our client needed daily access to a pool for water-based physical therapy. This basement overhaul, with a 15-foot Endless Pool and full bathroom, was one of our first experiences with Universal Design. We raised the floor and recessed the pool by 1-foot to make entry and exit from the pool deck easier. We also added new HVAC, humidity controls, lighting, and finishes best suited for exercise and rehabilitation.
