Graduate Hospital Kitchen with Peninsula
Location: Center City, Philadelphia
Building type: 3-story Rowhome
Renovation style: Modern Farmhouse Kitchen Design
This kitchen had an inefficient layout with an awkward central island. We removed the island and converted an old window to a new French patio door, which greatly improved the flow and sightline to the rear of the house. The two-tone countertops, distressed flooring, and re-purposed architectural details added character to this classic white Shaker kitchen.
