Art Museum Tiny Kitchen

Our client’s tiny, 64 square-foot kitchen addition was plagued by water damage, termite damage, and black mold. She knew it required a complete remodel, including upgrades to the entire building envelope, but she wanted more natural light and a new doorway to the rear patio as well. We enlarged the masonry opening that separated the kitchen from the 1st floor, which helped to draw in light from the front of the house, and installed a new half-lite entry door to the patio.
