We secured zoning approval for our client in order to build a 450 square-foot addition at the rear of his 18th Century trinity. The new design took advantage of the additional space. We expanded to the small 2nd floor den into a new office, guest bedroom, and full bathroom. The old 3rd floor one-room bedroom was converted into a master suite with a walk-in closet. We maintained the existing brick fireplace and the box-winder staircase to the 3rd floor.
